How long will my order take to ship?
Each GALE STUDIO piece is personalized and prepared to order. Most items ship within 7-14 business days. During holiday periods, please allow a few extra days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Can I personalize my bag?
Yes! Personalization is at the heart of GALE STUDIO.
You can add initials, a name, or short text in your choice of thread color and font. Each design preview appears at checkout so you can visualize your embroidery before confirming.
Can I edit or cancel an order after it’s placed?
Because our pieces are made to order, we begin production shortly after purchase.
We can make adjustments within 4 hours of ordering, please reach out via our Contact Us page as soon as possible and include your order number in the subject line.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the contiguous United States, with plans to expand internationally soon.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, you’ll see available options at checkout. Please note that personalization times still apply.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We want you to love your GALE STUDIO piece.

Non-personalized items: returnable within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

Personalized items: final sale, as each one is created specifically for you.

Can I exchange my personalized item?
Because of the made-to-order process, personalized items can’t be exchanged. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Our heavyweight cotton canvas is naturally biodegradable, free from harmful coatings, and built for long-term use, meaning fewer replacements and less waste over time. Durable hardware and natural leather accents are intentionally chosen for their longevity, so your bag stays in rotation for years, not seasons.
Even the smallest details reflect our commitment to a lighter footprint. All embroidery uses Polyneon Green, a high-performance recycled polyester thread made from post-consumer plastic waste, giving new life to materials that might otherwise end up in landfills. And every order arrives in compostable, plant-based mailers and recyclable tissue packaging, eliminating the need for plastic fillers and disposable extras.
Together, these choices add up to timeless pieces that look good, feel good, and do good - made to carry what matters now and for years to come.

Yes! You can add a personal note during checkout, and we’ll handwrite it on our GALE STUDIO stationery.

Each bag arrives in a custom dust bag, ready to gift or store.
We use recyclable outer packaging and tissue for minimal environmental impact.
