Yes—every style in our collection is available with custom embroidery. Simply select your personalization options at checkout.
How many characters are included?
3 characters are included with any purchase—anything on the keyboard. Need something longer? Reach out via our Contact Us page.
How long does personalization take?
Personalized orders require 7–14 business days, as each piece is custom embroidered by our partners. In-stock, non-personalized pieces ship within 2 business days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Can personalized orders be returned or exchanged?
Because each piece is made uniquely for you, personalized orders are final sale—unless there's an error on our part. If your embroidery doesn't match what you ordered, we'll remake it at no cost.
What thread colors are available?
Our curated palette includes Garnet, Clay Blush, Navy, Olive Bronze, Antique Gold, and Burnt Sienna—all chosen to complement our canvas and leather.
Is the embroidery thread sustainable?
Yes—our embroidery uses Polyneon Green, a recycled polyester thread made from post-consumer plastic waste. Sustainability is woven into every stitch.
